Ladies who want to participate:
We are not going to guarantee a Women's Division. This is to avoid the problem we had in 2014 where we had a bunch of last second cancellations. The Women who sign up know that they could play in the appropriate Men's Division if we don't get enough ladies enrolled for the tournament.
Skill Levels:
Men's: Elite 4.5, Advanced 4.0, Competitive 3.5, Competitive 3.25 (Depending on Enrollment Numbers) & Skilled 2.5-3.0
Women's Competitive 3.5 (Depends on interest)

Tournament Format:
After 8 Tournaments we worked with a council of players to create the new format. The new format has 3 play-in 10 game pro set matches. Two are played on Friday afternoon/evening and one on Saturday morning. These results will be used to determine the qualifiers for the Championship Draw and Consolation Draws. We will guarantee a 1.5 hour break between the Friday and Saturday matches. The top 8 players for each skill level will qualify for the Championship Draw. The remaining players will be entered into a Consolation Draw. Saturday noon or early afternoon will be the quarter finals match (10-game pro set) for the championship draw. Sunday morning the Semis (10-game pro set) and the Finals matches (2 sets with super tie-breaker) will be played.

This new format guarantees each player a minimum of 4 matches for the tournament. *Winners will be crowned West Coast national champions.

Cost:
The cost is $45 for Champions and max cost of $59 for Non-Champions. This entry fee will cover courts, staff, balls and Sat lunch. Every year we try to get a really good hotel deal, if you room with someone it will help reduce the hotel cost.

Prizes:
We will have guarantee prizes for the 2015 tourney. Current projections are $150 gift card to the Winners and $50 gift card to the division runner-ups. Consolation bracket winners will get a $25 Tennis Warehouse Gift Card. Prizes can be influenced by any sponsors that come on board.

Travel Arrangements/Expenses:
Travel arrangements will be covered by the players NOT by Tennis League Network, LLC.
This tournament is significantly less expensive to participate when comparing to the Miami Tourney. The Woodland Hills-Hilton is right next door to the courts. To book a reserve go on priceline name your own price for $110. It's the only 3 1/2 star property in the area so its a safe bid. A rental car cost just $15/day in 2014. The admin also got a direct flight for $236 from Boston.

Deadline:
The hard DEADLINE to make sure we get you into the Tournament is Sunday, Jan. 24th.

Ultimate Goal:
The tennis should be quite exciting, the players should be amp'd up for the tourney.
